Motherjane’s 1st song since the release of  Maktub was released on March 1st. The song Tribes of Babel was written for Amnesty International’s PEACE and is streaming on the our main site,  the download was delayed to April12th by the PEACE organizers , see our press release for details.

Recently announced Motherjane will be performing at Jadavpur University Kolkata on March 12th, please  help spread the word.

The band is all together now in Cochin getting ready the Java Rockin Land Festival they arrive late on the 7th and have the great time slot before Mr. Big.  I have created a new event page on facebook so we can interact with the new fans in Indonesia before and after the show.  We are are going to try to do something special a give you lil updates from the band while they are in Indonesia , so stay tuned to the live streams on facebook and twitter.

A  blog from a new fan who found the band on myspace, we hope more and more of you who have never heard of motherjane happen upon the band and share it too.

This is only a tease of all the details to follow but it is official motherjane will rock Jakarta Indonesia Between Aug 7th to Aug 9th at  the Java Rockin Land Festival ,the news is so fresh the organizers have yet to put up all the motherjane details on their site so keep checking back  for that  and yes to learn the  final selection of International Bands that will play alongside motherjane.
